The restaurant
Une équipe aux petits soins
The manager Arnaud has managed to preserve the historical heritage of the place while modernizing the furniture and lighting, for a warm and contemporary atmosphere.

Each dish is imagined and prepared with passion by our chef Guillaume . After starting his career with an apprenticeship at Au Boeuf Rouge, he perfected his know-how in various establishments before returning with enriched expertise, to offer you refined cuisine, faithful to Alsatian traditions.
Our young and dynamic team provides attentive and friendly service, keen to share the spirit and values of the house with you.

A Cuisine Rooted in the Alsatian Terroir
The restaurant has two rooms, each offering a unique atmosphere:
✔ Traditional room: red floor tiles, historic press, Alsatian fireplace – an authentic setting.
✔ Brewery room: solid oak parquet flooring, friendly bar – the spirit of the Winstubs of yesteryear.
✔ Sunny terrace: from April to October, enjoy a meal on the central village square, surrounded by vineyards and history.
Our menu highlights the essentials of Alsatian cuisine: sauerkraut, Baeckeoffe, tartes flambées and local meats, accompanied by the best Alsace wines.
